Provenance Clubhouse

This clubhouse project in Maple Ridge came to me partway through, after the previous designer had left the company. With the design still unfolding and space planning yet to be finalized, I stepped in to shape the vision and carry the project forward. I carefully crafted the layout for every key space—the great room, games room, children’s play area, poolside seating, fitness room, guest suite, and manager’s office—ensuring a natural flow and practical comfort for the community who would call it home.

I took full responsibility for the FF&E, thoughtfully sourcing and ordering each piece, and overseeing their timely delivery and installation before the clubhouse opened its doors. This included selecting artwork and custom designing the sofas and sectionals, paying close attention to fabric choices and cushion details to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

One of the most delightful moments was designing a custom Scrabble board for the games room. Unable to find a large-scale version that fit the schedule and budget, I created the design myself in Adobe Illustrator and collaborated with a local artisan to bring it to life. I even matched the colors to the surrounding artwork to weave a seamless, playful touch into the space. It became a personal and charming detail that truly tied the room together.
