Arterra Common Area

Set within the vibrant heart of North Vancouver, Arterra unfolds with thoughtfully curated shared spaces designed to embrace modern urban living. The project features a welcoming lobby, a lively party room, and a practical yet charming dog wash station. I personally handled the space planning and carefully selected interior and common area finishes, guiding every detail from the earliest concept through to final execution. This included choosing material palettes, lighting concepts, FF&E, and custom millwork—bringing each element together with intention and care.

Working closely with the development manager and the rendering team, I made sure the design vision stayed true to the project’s brand, its place in the market, and the lifestyle dreams of North Vancouver’s community. The spaces that emerged strike a delicate balance between function and warmth, inviting future residents to enjoy an elevated, everyday sense of home.
