Halo Common Area

Located in vibrant South Surrey, Halo consists of two residential buildings—North and South—designed with modern West Coast sensibilities. I was involved in the full interior design of the shared common areas, including vestibules, lobbies, meeting rooms, fitness centre, and party room.

I led the space planning for each zone, ensuring functionality and flow while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across both buildings. Working closely with the rendering team, I ensured design intent and materiality were accurately translated into visuals. These renderings were then used in cross-departmental presentations to clearly communicate our interior vision and were also showcased in the Sales Centre as part of the broader marketing strategy.

I was responsible for sourcing all interior materials, designing custom millwork, and selecting furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to reflect a warm yet contemporary environment. I also collaborated with the Marketing team during programming and schematic design phases to align brand identity with the lifestyle vision for the residents.
