Partington Creek

Tucked into the peaceful hillside of Burke Mountain in Coquitlam, Partington Creek is a modern-contemporary townhome display thoughtfully designed for a young family. The home features three bedrooms, including a private ensuite, along with a main bath and powder room. With a rich palette of darker-toned woods, the space feels elevated and polished, yet still warm and inviting, with playful, personalized touches thoughtfully added for the kids.

As the lead designer, I guided the project from space planning and site coordination to custom millwork and FF&E design. Highlights include a custom living room feature wall, tailored headboards, statement wallcoverings, and detailed CNC tree cutouts. The nursery was brought to life with a cozy woodland theme, while the young girl’s bedroom became a dreamy underwater escape inspired by The Little Mermaid. To make the vision feel real, I added clear orb ornaments as floating 3D bubbles and created a custom underwater wall vinyl—one of my favorite creative moments in the home.

I worked closely with vendors to source lighting, accessories, and unique materials, making sure every detail felt intentional and true to the design vision. That collaboration helped everything come together in a really thoughtful, cohesive way.

This project was such a joyful mix of creativity and modern comfort—and one I truly loved bringing to life.
